Operator – Customer Support & Coordination

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, and capable of handling customer communication across phone and WhatsApp channels. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a polite and professional attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers on the boardline number.
• Communicate fluently with customers in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
• Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, including sending order updates, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
• Coordinate with the store/warehouse team for order status, availability, and dispatches.
• Assist customers with order-related information and coordinate deliveries when required.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all customer interactions.
• Record and update customer interaction details, complaints, and requests.
• Follow up on open issues with customers until they are fully resolved.
• Manage and respond to customer queries promptly and efficiently.
• Any other responsibilities related to customer communication and support.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
• Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
• Prior experience in a customer service or coordination role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp Business, phone systems, and messaging tools.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Malabar Hill, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
