Operations Technician

You are an experienced DTC Tech Lead / Tech Architect responsible for driving technology initiatives in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations. Your main focus will be leading the technical architecture, development, and delivery of Digital Order Management (DOM) and Blue Yonder WMS solutions to ensure seamless order fulfillment and enhanced supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement scalable DTC architecture across DOM and Blue Yonder WMS platforms. - Lead the design, integration, and optimization of DTC fulfillment, logistics, and warehouse operations. - Collaborate with business, product, and vendor teams to deliver end-to-end DTC solutions. - Manage small to medium project deliveries, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment. - Integrate DOM and WMS with ERP and e-commerce systems to enhance order visibility and operational efficiency. - Provide Level 3 support and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience as a Tech Lead / Solution Architect in DTC, e-commerce, or supply chain domains. - Strong hands-on expertise in Blue Yonder WMS (JDA/RedPrairie) and Digital Order Management (DOM). - Proficiency in SQL, MOCA, Python, APIs, and cloud-based integrations. - Proven leadership in managing cross-functional technical teams. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications (if applicable): - Certifications in Blue Yonder WMS, PMP, Six Sigma, AWS, or Azure. - Experience with Shopify, Magento, or other DTC platforms.
