Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical and Soft Service Operations Manager located in Pune. The Technical and Soft Service Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations, ensuring the integration and coordination of housekeeping, maintenance, technical solutions, and security services. The role includes troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks, addressing client concerns, managing teams, and implementing operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in facility management. Qualifications Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve operational processes Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and team management Knowledge of Electricity and technical solutions Experience in managing integrated facility services Ability to work on-site and coordinate with various stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred Experience in the facilities management industry is an advantage
