Job Description

  • Conducting Events and Session with CA, CS, Law Firms on Capital account transactions.
  • Product support to each Business Segment.
  • Monitoring ECB sanction under automatic route, obtaining ECB sanction from RBI under approval route, advisory services to Customer.
  • Monitoring structural deals at centralized division for PAN India which includes various corporate actions, Mergers, Escrow transactions etc.
  • Monitoring approvals/UINs for opening Branch Office/Liaison Office in India from RBI.
  • Approval for Overseas Direct Investment as per old as well as new regulations issued in Aug 2022.
  • Monitoring Branch Office/Project Office remittances
  • Attending queries from the Branches, Internal stake holders, Business Groups, etc. regarding documentation, regulatory requirements, do ability of transaction, process clarification, etc.
  • Handling every Communication and Follow up with RBI for various approvals
  • Setting up of process for all AD Approval cases
  • Decision regarding charges to be levied for each approval
  • Attending audit queries related to above areas
