Operations & Sales associate

This isn’t your typical sales job.
It’s part sales, part operations, part making sure every customer walks away smiling.

At Zama Organics, we work with the farmers who sells the best organic fresh fruits & vegetables — and we’re looking for someone who can be the face of our brand. You’ll talk to customers, understand what they need, match them with the right products, and make sure the whole experience is smooth from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

• Meet customers, figure out what they’re looking for, and suggest the perfect fit.
• Share the stories behind our products — where they come from, why they matter.
• Hit sales targets (and aim higher).
• Work with marketing on fun campaigns and events.
• Keep stock fresh and ready to go.
• Listen to feedback and share ideas to make things better.

You’ll fit right in if you:

• Enjoy talking to people and building trust.
• Have some sales experience (FMCG or fresh produce is a plus).
• Care about organic food and healthy living.
• Can juggle tasks in a busy day without losing your smile.
• Are comfortable using basic tech and POS systems.

The extras:
1–2 years of sales experience helps, but if you’ve got the drive and personality, we’d still like to meet you.
