Operations / purchase assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a experienced Operation /Purchase Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement process by assisting with operation manager , supplier management, and inventory management. This position requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of procurement management principles. The Purchase with operation Assistant will work closely with various departments to ensure that purchasing activities align with the company’s operational needs.

Duties

• Assist in the procurement process by sourcing suppliers and managing contracts effectively..
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Communicate with suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities, trends, and supplier performance for management review.
• Admin related works like(managing communications (phone, email, mail), scheduling meetings, maintaining records, ordering supplies, and providing general support to staff)

Experience

* 1 Year Experience in purchase assistant

• Strong skills in sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
