Job Title: Operations (PMS)

Role:

As a PMS Executive, you will be responsible for a range of financial activities, from executing accounting entries to generating detailed reports for senior management. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our portfolio management operations.

Responsibilities:

Core:

1. Portfolio Management- Managing Investment portfolios, including buying and selling securities, tracking investments

2. Accounting Entries- Maintain accounting records, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements.

3. Capital Gain Statement- Generate capital gain statements

4. Daily Portfolio Maintenance- Conduct daily monitoring and adjustments to client portfolios.

5. Banking and NRI Client Management- Handle banking queries and provide specialized assistance to NRI clients.

6. Email Communication- Draft and send clear and concise emails to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, maintaining effective communication.

Cover:

1. Profit and loss statement- Prepare comprehensive profit and loss statements for shares and other investments.

2. Monthly Reporting- Prepare and deliver monthly reports to senior management, summarizing portfolio performance

3. Balance Sheet Management: Utilize balance sheets to assess capital gains and losses in share investments, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
