Job Description

Job Accountabilities:

Overall responsibility of company assets including safe custody of product in hired terminal. To ensure product is unloaded, received, stored and distributed as per terms of the agreement with the terminal operator following best industry practices.

Job Accountabilities:

Minimum transit losses and operating losses within targets

  1. Correct accounting of product, analysis of daily loss/gain and initiate and initiate corrective measures to achieve target
  2. Analyze transit / losses per parcel and initiate corrective measures, timely recoveries and lodgment of claims
  3. Ensure correct calibration of TLCU, Prover, weighbridge and Tank Trucks
  4. Ensuring day end reconciliation before leaving the Terminal.

Operate within budgets and reduce cost

  1. Monitor and control cost of utilities and operating consumables
  2. Ensure nil demurrage on account of Terminal while unloading vessels
  3. Ensure NIL product contamination.

Delivery of Q & Q proposition and improved service level

  1. Timely delivery of product to customer
  2. Ensure no customer complaints of density variation and water, sludge/sediments by periodic tank draining.
  3. Ensure timely dispatch of product to customers by control of TT cycle time within the terminal
  4. Induct TTs as per SOPs and keep record.

Compliance of Operations, HSSE and Quality SOP#s and follow best industry practices

  1. Daily reconciliation of Locks / Keys & seals
  2. TT calibration and pressure testing and issuance of TREM card in terminal
  3. Ensure compliance to all operation, maintenance, Quality and HSSE Mgmt System processes by periodic audits with no NCs
  4. Coordinate with Logistic coordinator and TT Officer for availability of trucks, spot/additional requirements and Compliance of Operations, HSSE and Quality SOP#s and follow best industry practices
  5. Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements by timely renewal of all licenses.

Learning and Development

  1. Ensure toolbox talks to TT crew and other contract staff

Education Required

  • Graduate Engineering (Any Discipline)

Experience Required

  • 4-6 years in the field of Petroleum Retail/Operations/Oil
  • 5 years in Airfield Refueling Operations
