As an Operations & Marketing Executive at Solar Petal, located in Hisar, Haryana, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to providing solar solutions for homes and businesses. Your role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including handling client and project documentation, applying for solar projects through online portals, making follow-up calls to customers and new leads, maintaining lead data with timely updates, supporting day-to-day operations, and learning and assisting in digital marketing tasks. Training will be provided to help you succeed in these areas. We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and grow in the fields of sales, operations, and digital marketing. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, and prior experience in sales or customer service is considered a plus. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to comfortably make calls and interact with clients. A willingness to learn digital marketing and basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emails, Internet) are also important for success in this role. This full-time position requires you to work from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The annual salary ranges from 1,80,000 to 2,40,000 based on experience, with additional incentives such as a 1,000 bonus for every successful lead conversion. With the potential to convert 15 leads a month, you can earn up to 15,000 in bonuses.
