KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:-

• Command Center Lead will be responsible to monitor Infrastructure, Application, Network using monitoring tools
• Should have experience on Team Handling
• Team engagement and development
• Accountable for team's recruitment, development and retention
• Resources planning and utilization
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.s
• Ability to motivate the Team members and subordinates.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Should have the Process Implementation experience: Incident, Problem, Change, Release,
  

Mandatory

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• BE/B Tech with Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science Engineering.
• MBA Preferred
  

Desirable

• ITIL Expert Certified
