Job Purpose

To manage and supervise day-to-day pest management operations, ensure effective service delivery across client sites, maintain customer satisfaction, manage field teams, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Manage daily pest control operations across assigned locations and client sites.
• Ensure timely execution of pest control services as per the agreed service schedule and client requirements.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and operational performance.
• Ensure proper planning and allocation of manpower according to site requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits and operational inspections.

2. Team Management and Technician Hiring

• Manage and supervise Operations Executives, Supervisors, and Pest Control Technicians.
• Identify manpower requirements and coordinate technician hiring to ensure adequate staffing at all sites.
• Ensure proper deployment, attendance, discipline, and productivity of field staff.
• Provide operational guidance and training to field teams.
• Monitor employee performance and take corrective action when required.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address client complaints, service escalations, and operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules, site requirements, and service improvements.
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow up on pending issues.
• Ensure service commitments and contractual obligations are fulfilled.

4. Service Quality and Pest Control Compliance

• Ensure pest control services are delivered according to approved SOPs and industry standards.
• Monitor the correct use of chemicals, equipment, and pest management techniques.
• Ensure technicians follow safety procedures and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain service reports, chemical usage records, inspection reports, and other operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Review daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance.
• Monitor attendance, manpower availability, site coverage, service completion, and customer complaints.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective measures where necessary.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.

6. Cost and Resource Management

• Control operational expenses and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, chemicals, equipment, and vehicles.
• Monitor wastage, re-service costs, and avoidable operational expenses.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
