Operations Manager-Mutual funds

As an Operations Manager at our wealth management company, your role will involve managing and streamlining operational processes to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Your focus will be on supporting the delivery of exceptional client services. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all operations, admin, and client support work efficiently. - Prepare and process documentation related to investments, account opening, KYC compliance, fund transfers, and other client-related mutual fund documentation. - Process transactions such as purchases, redemptions, and switches for mutual funds. - Verify and reconcile mutual fund investments and statements accurately. - Monitor and update SIPs, SWPs, and other structured investment transactions. - Maintain and update client records, investment portfolios, and transaction data systematically. - Analyze financial/non-financial data of our company clients effectively. - Act as a liaison between relationship managers, financial advisors, and clients for seamless communication and service delivery. - Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement operational workflow enhancements for efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of back-office operations experience with a focus on mutual funds. Hands-on experience with mutual fund platforms is desirable. Basic knowledge in Mutual Funds and other financial products is a must. Skills: - Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment processes, and regulatory frameworks. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and financial software. - Effective communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
