Factory Operations Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily factory operations across 2–3 departments, with a major focus on the packing department.
Supervise packing staff and ensure orders are packed correctly and on time.
Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transportation.
Monitor packing quality, material usage and packing costs.
Plan manpower and allocate daily work to meet dispatch targets.
Coordinate with production, quality and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Track pending orders and ensure timely packing and dispatch.
Maintain discipline, productivity and safety standards in the factory.
Prepare daily reports on packing, production and pending orders.
