Operations Manager – Roles and Responsibilities (Facility Management)
Manage overall facility management operations across residential and commercial properties.
Supervise Facility Managers, housekeeping, security, engineering, and landscaping teams.
Monitor SLA, KPI, and client service performance.
Ensure preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and snag audit closures.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely complaint resolution.
Manage manpower planning, deployment, attendance, and productivity.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and service providers.
Ensure statutory compliance, fire safety, and workplace safety.
Monitor budgets, operational expenses, and cost optimization.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
Track housekeeping, technical maintenance, and security standards.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service quality
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
