Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support chapters, leadership teams, and members to ensure smooth operations and high engagement.
• Coordinate events, training sessions, workshops, and visitor meetings.
• Maintain member databases, CRM systems, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Track membership renewals, retention, visitor follow-ups, and member conversions.
• Monitor chapter performance, KPIs, and compliance.
• Manage calendars, documentation, meeting minutes, invoicing, and administrative tasks.
• Support chapter growth initiatives and new chapter launches.

Required Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, CRM, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and relationship management abilities.
• Experience in event coordination, reporting, and operations management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, customer success, event management, or membership-based organizations.
• Experience with networking organizations, franchises, or CRM systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
