Operations Manager (Art & Embroidery)

As an Operations Manager at Som Imaging Informatics Pvt. Ltd. (SOMNETICS) in Kolkata, you will be leading the internal embroidery digitizing process for the Art and Embroidery team. Your role will involve client communications (B2B), handling artwork orders, coordinating with design, digitizing, and QA teams, operating Wilcom Embroidery Studio files, ensuring timely deliveries, preparing reports on sales and team performance, and working directly with US clients during evening/night hours. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients in a B2B setting - Manage artwork orders from intake to delivery - Coordinate with design, digitizing, and QA teams - Operate and oversee Wilcom Embroidery Studio files and output - Ensure timely deliveries and maintain high-quality artwork - Prepare reports on sales and team performance - Collaborate directly with US clients during evening/night hours Qualifications: - 5-7 years of experience in embroidery digitizing or art operations - Prior sales or client-facing experience (mandatory) - Proven ability in team coordination Required Skills: - Expertise in Wilcom Embroidery Studio (preferred) - Familiarity with tools like CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator (preferred) - Knowledge of artwork creation, editing, and embroidery file standards - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work comfortably in a US time zone Location: - Kolkata As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to diversity and inclusivity.,
