Operations Manager (Art & Embroidery)

You will be responsible for leading the internal embroidery digitizing process for the Art and Embroidery team as an experienced Operations Manager. Your key responsibilities will include: - Communicating with clients in a B2B setup - Managing artwork orders from intake to delivery - Coordinating with design, digitizing, and QA teams - Operating/overseeing Wilcom Embroidery Studio files and output - Ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high-quality artwork - Generating reports on sales and team performance - Directly working with US clients during evening/night hours To qualify for this role, you should have: - 5-7 years of experience in embroidery digitizing or art operations - Previous sales or client-facing experience is mandatory - Demonstrated ability in team coordination Additionally, the following skills are required: - Proficiency in Wilcom Embroidery Studio is preferred - Familiarity with tools like CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator is preferred - Knowledge of artwork creation, editing, and embroidery file standards - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work comfortably in a US time zone The company, Som Imaging Informatics Pvt.
