Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a training institution, educational institute, NGO, or skill development organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing training operations, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring the timely and efficient execution of projects and activities. Should have 3–6 years of relevant experience in operations management within a training institution, educational institute, NGO, or skill development organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned training center or organization.

- Ensure smooth execution of training programmes and operational activities as per organizational standards and client requirements.

- Coordinate with clients, trainers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

- Monitor operational activities, track progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines and deadlines.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination between all relevant teams.

- Identify operational challenges and implement appropriate solutions to improve efficiency.

- Maintain operational reports, documentation, and other records as required.

- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and client expectations.
