Operations Lead RDA, AVP

The Operations Lead role at Deutsche Bank involves leading the Client Data Management (CDM) RDA Program Operations, focused on ensuring compliance within operations. As part of the Reference Data Accelerator (RDA) project, you will play a key role in providing a single obligor view of authorized data to meet BSBS239 compliance requirements. Your responsibilities include understanding data consumption and standards, addressing data reporting obligations, overseeing data maintenance and quality management, executing data quality measurements, standardizing data standards, identifying and investigating data issues. You will manage and resolve consumer queries on client data, ensure adherence to standards and procedures, understand client hierarchy and relationship structures, identify and remediate duplicate structures, collaborate with SMEs for required skillsets, evaluate information availability, document data changes, adhere to RDA Business rules, manage delivery timelines, track risks and issues, analyze data controls, contribute to process optimization, manage team and resources, and drive performance and growth. To excel in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience in investment banking, with expertise in reference data management, client data management, and KYC. You must possess strong analytical skills, proven team management experience, leadership capabilities, adaptability to changing circumstances, problem-solving abilities, proficiency in data analytics tools, collaboration skills, knowledge of financial services products and processes, familiarity with data providers, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proactive approach to situations.
