Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing workflow coordination, guiding analysts and senior analysts on project methodology, managing project execution, analyzing data, preparing reports and presentations, providing thought leadership and insights to clients, staying updated with industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for innovation and continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you should have relevant experience of 5-10 years with a master's degree, experience in managing and leading teams, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, a good understanding of financial concepts and capital markets, knowledge of database tools such as Thomson One Banker, Capital IQ, Orbis, Factiva, and SNL, and the ability to source and analyze financial data to provide decision support. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in both team and autonomous environments.
