Roles and Responsibilities:

JOB DISCRIPTION:

1. Sales and Marketing
Promote Travel Packages: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients.Upselling Services: Recommend additional services like travel insurance, tours, or upgrades.

2. Travel Planning
Itinerary Development: Create detailed itineraries that include flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.Booking Services: Reserve flights, hotels, rental cars, and excursions.4. Customer ServiceAssist Clients: Provide support before, during, and after travel, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.Feedback Management: Gather client feedback to improve services.

3. Consultation
Assess Client Needs: Understand clients' preferences, budgets, and travel goals.Provide Information: Offer details on destinations, travel packages, and local customs.5. Administrative TasksDocumentation: Prepare and manage travel documents like tickets, visas, and insurance.Financial Transactions: Handle payments, refunds, and budgeting for travel packages

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
