Currently in stealth mode, Thread Factory is developing a comprehensive omni-channel solution to streamline procurement, enhance sales, and simplify operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage order processing, liaise with supply team and vendors to ensure timely fulfillment. - Oversee last-mile logistics, collaborate with third-party partners to optimize delivery efficiency and minimize Non-Delivery Rate (NDR) and Return to Origin (RTO) %. - Engage customers for feedback and gauge Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) levels. - Resolve customer disputes promptly, facilitating returns, exchanges, and refunds to uphold superior customer service. - Reach out to potential customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and revenue growth. - Execute surveys and collaborate with supply and sales teams to enhance the overall customer experience. **Qualifications:** - Freshers looking for internship experience in product operations profile. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Self-starters looking for a good learning experience in a startup. - Tier 1 MBA / B.Tech final year students are preferred.
