Location: Bhiwandi (Preferred candidates from Thane, Kalyan, and nearby areas)

Stipend: ₹15,000 / month

Duration: Full-time Internship (Hands-on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• CRM Operations & Customer Care: Manage day-to-day CRM activities, respond to customer inquiries, handle follow-ups, and coordinate order updates.
• Order & Issue Resolution: Track order pipelines and resolve pending customer or delivery issues in a timely manner.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate daily with internal teams—including Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service—to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate, real-time customer data, log updates, and monitor operational records in the CRM system.
• Reporting & Tracking: Monitor CRM reports, track pending cases, and ensure overall Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

What We Are Looking For

• Location: Candidates residing in Thane, Kalyan, Bhiwandi, or nearby surrounding areas.
• Education: Open to current students or recent graduates looking for comprehensive experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage time effectively
• Research and project coordination mindset

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,001.00 per month
