Operations Intern - Global Supply

As a CGOps Intern at Joveo's Craiggenie Operations Team, your role will involve supporting Tier 1 & 2 clients by creating media plans and posting strategies. This internship opportunity will allow you to gain valuable experience in digital advertising and operations within the recruitment sector. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Craiggenie Operations Team to develop effective media plans and posting strategies for Joveo's Tier 1 & 2 clients. - Use the Craiggenie tool to accurately and promptly execute posting plans for client campaigns. - Analyze data to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize as necessary. - Monitor campaign metrics such as impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI to deliver exceptional results. - Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to enhance campaign success. - Coordinate with different teams, including account managers and creative teams, to align strategies and achieve client objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends and digital advertising best practices, incorporating them into strategies and recommendations. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective idea and strategy communication. - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Google Sheets, Docs). - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. - Genuine passion for digital advertising, marketing, or related fields.,
