Operations Intern - Doctor Account Management (Non Medico)

As the main point of contact for doctors registered on the DocIndia platform, your role will involve onboarding new doctors, guiding them on how to use platform tools and features, and building long-term professional relationships through proactive communication. You will be responsible for resolving doctor concerns, handling queries, and providing platform support. Additionally, sharing data insights to help doctors improve their digital visibility and collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Tech) for doctor success will be part of your key responsibilities. Ensuring high engagement and retention through structured follow-ups will also be crucial. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or Communications preferred - Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome - Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus - Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital platforms - Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a service-first mindset About the Company: DocIndia.org is India's leading digital healthcare platform connecting patients with a vast network of verified doctors and hospitals.
