Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations & Growth Executive to work closely with the Founder as a strategic execution partner. This role owns business operations, people systems, and growth execution, ensuring the organization runs efficiently, predictably, and scale efficiently.

You will translate vision into action, build robust systems, drive accountability, and continuously improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate the Founder’s vision and priorities into clear execution plans

- Build, implement, and optimize SOPs, KRAs, KPIs, and MIS dashboards

- Lead HR operations including hiring, onboarding, role clarity, performance reviews, and discipline

- Track performance, ensure follow-ups, and enforce accountability across teams

- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions

- Drive automation, tools, and systemization across departments

- Act as a problem-solver and decision enabler for the Founder and the organization

Ideal Profile

- 5-7+ years of experience in operations, business management, or leadership roles

- Strong business acumen with a systems-first mindset

- Strong with numbers, analytics, and MIS reporting, documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
