Position: Operations & Growth Executive Location: Pologround, Indore Working hours: Monday-Saturday (10 am – 7 pm) Type: Full-time This is a unique opportunity to be part of the rapidly evolving quick commerce industry 💼 What You'll Do: • Work on end-to-end business operations – from receiving Purchase Orders (POs) from clients to executing deliveries. • Check and manage stock as per client requirements. • Interact with customers, schedule delivery appointments, and ensure a smooth experience. • Manage the warehouse and coordinate with logistics partners for PAN India deliveries. • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely stock availability. • Support advertising and marketing efforts to boost visibility and sales. • Analyze sales & operational data to identify opportunities for improvement. • Get full exposure to how a business runs – from sourcing to delivery, and everything in between! 🎯 What We’re Looking for: • A graduate with strong willingness to learn and grow. • Someone who is curious, adaptable, and solution-oriented. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Prior experience not mandatory Please share resume on email ID hr.festivora@gmail.com
