We&aposre a lean digital agency with a focused team working across three business verticals. We&aposre looking for a motivated generalist to help streamline operations across our business portfolio.

The Role: True Business Generalist

This isn&apost a typical internship. You&aposll be our go-to person for filling operational gaps, learning new systems, and taking on diverse challenges across our business portfolio. Working with a small, lean team means real responsibility from day one.

What You&aposll Actually Do

HR & Talent Operations

• Lead complete hiring cycles from job posting to onboarding
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage recruitment pipeline
• Create compelling job descriptions for technical and non-technical roles
• Handle new hire documentation and employee onboarding
• Manage basic HR queries and maintain employee records

Operations & Project Coordination

• Learn and master new software tools as business needs evolve
• Coordinate cross-venture projects and track deliverables
• Support leadership team with administrative tasks and documentation
• Manage internal communications and meeting coordination
• Implement new processes and operational improvements

Strategic Support & Gap-Filling

• Take ownership of projects outside your initial job scope
• Research and recommend new tools, processes, and solutions
• Handle ad-hoc business development and partnership support
• Support content creation and marketing initiatives
• Manage whatever urgent priorities emerge

? Current college student (any year/major) or recent graduate

? Excellent written and verbal communication in English

? Quick learner comfortable with new software and tools

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

? Self-motivated with problem-solving mindset

? Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
