Role - Operations Executive

Timing - 4.00 PM - 1.00 AM, Monday - Friday

Location - Kaloor, Kochi

The role involves managing digital marketing activities, tracking platforms, analytics, and cross-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing services, including campaign creation and setup across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Taboola, and Outbrain.
• Oversee and maintain our in-house tracking platform (Adtopia), including auditing and validating reports.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking across media platforms.
• Perform analysis using Google Analytics, including funnel exploration, insights extraction, and reviewing session recordings and heatmaps using Microsoft Clarity.
• Prepare and maintain reports using data from in-house platforms and databases (no prior DB knowledge required).
• Communicate with UK and US clients daily via chat and email.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Development, Design, Accounts, and others to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Requirements

• 1.5 to 3 years of experience in a technical or related field such as Marketing, Customer Relations, Technical Support, or similar domains.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills-both written and verbal.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).
• Good to excellent technical aptitude; prior experience in CRM management, basic API integration (not mandatory), SMS/Email marketing, or customer service operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹11,148.64 - ₹25,186.15 per month
