Job Title: Operations Executive (with Digital Marketing Experience)

Pay: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Coordinate and oversee daily administrative and operational activities.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, client visits, and field operations.
• Manage vendor coordination, logistics, and procurement activities.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to expenses, travel claims, and project updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
• Support management in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.

Digital Marketing

• Manage and monitor social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to enhance brand presence.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, posts, and promotions.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using digital tools.
• Research trends and opportunities to enhance online visibility and lead generation.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain coordination between internal teams.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on operations and marketing performance.
• Provide administrative and strategic support to the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital tools, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
