We are hiring Operation Executive for Viman Nagar Location.

Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and enjoyable operation of a coworking space. They manage daily operations, maintain facilities, and foster a positive community. They also handle tasks like onboarding new members, managing invoices, and coordinating events.

Note - Only Female Candidates / Freshers can also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including managing the physical space, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance, and managing access and security.
• Member Experience: Handle new member onboarding, provide support and guidance, and ensure a positive and engaging community environment.
• Sales and Marketing: Supporting the sales team by showcasing the coworking space's benefits and attracting new members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Managing daily operations while collaborating with the sales team and other staff.
• Facilities Management: Maintaining the space, addressing maintenance requests, and ensuring all equipment and services are functioning properly.
• Miscellaneous work
