Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage end-to-end cab bookings, vendor coordination and real-time follow-ups. The role involves ensuring seamless booking, allocation, execution and closure of each trip while maintaining timely communication with vendors, drivers, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cab Booking Management

• Receive cab booking requests via email or WhatsApp.
• Create bookings in the internal portal.
• Share booking confirmations with guests promptly.

2. Cab Allocation

• Allocate the next available cab booking to a vendor.
• Share booking details with the assigned vendor/DCO.
• Handle local/Ad hoc bookings based on availability in any city.

3. Coordination & Follow-Up through calls

• Vendor Coordination:
• Confirm bookings with the vendor.
• Collect driver details and update the internal portal.
• Driver Follow-Up:
• Trip Sheet Handling:
• Share trip data with vendors.
• Follow up to collect completed trip sheets.

4. Trip Sheet Closure

• Ensure all trip sheets are collected.
• Close and update trip details in the portal accurately.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication (spoken & written).
• Basic knowledge of transport management.
• Familiarity with online portals and MS Office tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Quick decision-making in ad hoc situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preference for Logistics/Travel/Operations).
• Experience in transport coordination, call center, or travel desk roles is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational and flexible shifts.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
