Operations Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Executive with hands-on experience in digital marketing to support and streamline day-to-day operations, manage digital campaigns, and ensure project deadlines are met efficiently. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to coordinate across teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Monitor and manage ongoing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.).
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers for all digital marketing activities.
• Assist in performance tracking, campaign analysis, and report generation using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Communicate with vendors, freelancers, or agency partners, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and suggest improvements for workflow optimization.
• Support client communication, feedback collection, and follow-ups where required.
• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure business efficiency and quality control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, with exposure to digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Trello/Asana, etc.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
