We are quickly capturing wallet shares of giants such as Facebook & Google as influencers continue to become a mainstream channel for brands to drive growth and engagement amongst their target audiences. The ultimate vision is to capture 25% of the global media ad spend by becoming the world’s de-facto influencer platform.

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive Operations Executive to join our Supply Ops & Key Accounts team (Amplify). You’ll manage hands-on campaign operations, ensure smooth creator onboarding, and solve supply–demand challenges daily.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end campaign operations: onboarding creators, content delivery, and reporting.
  • Onboard & activate creators basis campaign needs while maintaining quality.
  • Track campaign progress, ensure timelines are met, and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Handle 20–30 daily connects with creators & brand POCs to keep campaigns on track.
  • Solve supply–demand gaps by identifying shortages and implementing quick fixes.
  • Support process improvements to make operations scalable.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years in operations, e-commerce, influencer marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience managing campaign workflows or client deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills—comfortable with 20–30 brand/creator connects daily.
  • Problem-first mindset with quick execution capability.
  • Detail-oriented & self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced setup.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (dashboards/BI tools a plus).
