Job Description

Job Responsibility Evaluate the daily operations in the mall through constant follow-up and visits to ensure that all tenants are operating smoothly according to operations standards with no irregularities. Report all issues related to Customer Service, Maintenance, housekeeping, Security, and Safety to Management to be resolved immediately according to internal standards. Report incidents for discussion with the Operations Manager through constant visits to all zones in the mall. Constant coordination and participation in the implementation of the plans for promotional activities and annual festivals at the mall Prompt payment -review outsourced utility bills vs. contract terms and operations KPIs to comply with the received services to avoid any operational problems.
