Key Responsibilities
Role-Specific Requirements
· Saudi Arabia: Must have working knowledge of FESSA software.
· Dubai (UAE): Must have hands-on experience in Calogi & MIRZEL 2 systems.
General Requirements
· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics operations.
· Strong knowledge of air freight procedures, customs documentation, and local regulations.
· Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge will be an added advantage).
· Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding systems.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,091.23 - ₹24,925.21 per month
