Role Overview: As an Operations Executive - Inventory Maintenance at Healic Healthcare, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage inventory operations efficiently. You will play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain processes to support seamless healthcare services. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure accurate tracking of stock levels, timely replenishments, and prevention of shortages. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of medical supplies and pharmaceutical products. - Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies. - Ensure proper documentation of stock movements such as receipts, returns, and transfers. - Implement effective inventory control strategies to minimize losses and wastage. - Collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely restocking of essential products. - Maintain and update inventory databases, ensuring real-time stock visibility. - Generate inventory reports, analyze stock usage trends, and provide insights for forecasting. - Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend appropriate actions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - Proven experience in inventory management within the healthcare industry is preferred. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
