Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000/monthMale Candidates Only | Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage daily operations across departments like showroom, logistics, client coordination, and customer service. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of measurements and units, and relevant industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the showroom environment
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and support purchases
• Supervise logistics & delivery, ensuring timely and quality dispatch
• Handle customer service – queries, issues, complaints
• Monitor KPIs, improve processes, and manage operations budget
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, transport, and marketing teams
• Lead and train the operations team

Eligibility & Skills:

• Experience in Home Furnishing / Construction / Kitchen / Ceramic / Modular Furniture / Glass / Plumbing / Ply / Hardware industries
• Good measurement and basic math skills

Strong organizational & problem-solving ability
