Operations Executive - Events

Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for an Event Executive - Operations, based at Bangalore.

We are looking at freshers or slightly experienced people who will be able to deal with day to day emailers, back end event execution and client servicing.

Day to Day tasks will be inclusive of client coordination, vendor coordination and hotel coordination

Back end follwup and confirmations of the Event setup with relevant Hotel and Vendor Teams in a timely manner while ensuring that all events are executed seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Freshers are preffered, however experience in event planning, event management, and on-site event coordination will be an added benefit.
• Should be able to do Multitasking in order to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor relations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for seamless event execution.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as and when required by event schedules.
• Previous experience in the event planning and management industry is an additional opportunity.

Languages

• Fluent Spoken and Written English is mandatory
• Kannada and Hindi Speaking is a plus
• Other South Indian Languanges - Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam will be an added benefit

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
