Job Description: As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for routing and assigning orders to collection agents, managing daily operations, verifying timely collection and drop of samples, ensuring test reports are delivered promptly to customers, responding to customer inquiries effectively, and updating the price list of various labs and hospitals.
