Operations Excellence / Business Excellence - From Hospitality & Retail Industry

The role requires you to drive the Operations Excellence and transformation agenda at the Corporate and Regional Office level. You will be responsible for managing projects from Operations, supply chain, and logistics perspective, and driving Change in a large distributed ecosystem. Your role will entail working across multi-level, multi-dimensional functional teams and executing key improvement projects for the business. You will be expected to create local strategies to carry out assigned projects, support the corporate team in setting goals at a regional level, and lead the Ops orientation. Managing a large team with exposure to cultural change and cross-functional management expertise will be part of your responsibilities. Your ability to create excitement, motivate people for driving the ops excellence agenda, and lead strategic planning and execution to drive business growth will be crucial. You will leverage operational and financial resources and tools to improve performance, conduct comprehensive risk assessments to mitigate potential threats to business continuity and operational integrity, and establish annual operational plans to maximize company performance and growth. Measurability around all new initiatives needs to be driven to ensure all functions can drive key performance. The ideal candidate should possess leadership skills, experience in operations, good communication skills, a basic understanding of project management, and an analytical mindset. Preferred candidates are those from QSR, Retail Brands, Hotel & Restaurant, or Food Industry backgrounds.
