As an Operations Excellence Manager at our company, your role will involve driving the Operations Excellence and transformation agenda at both the Corporate and Regional Office levels. You will be responsible for managing projects from an Operations, supply chain, and logistics perspective, as well as leading change in a large distributed ecosystem. Your ability to collaborate with multi-level, multi-dimensional functional teams will be crucial in executing key improvement projects for the business. Additionally, you will create local strategies to effectively carry out assigned projects and support the corporate team in setting regional goals. Your role will also entail leading the Ops orientation, managing a large team, and demonstrating expertise in cultural change and cross-functional management. Your exceptional skills in creating excitement and motivating people will be essential for driving the ops excellence agenda forward. You will play a key role in strategic planning and execution to drive business growth and expand market share by leveraging operational and financial resources and tools to enhance performance. To ensure operational integrity, you will conduct comprehensive risk assessments and mitigate potential threats to business continuity.
