Operations & Events Executive

As an Operations & Events Executive at Exito Media Concepts Pvt Ltd, you will play a key supporting role in ensuring the smooth execution of corporate events, conferences, and summits. Your responsibilities will include assisting the operations team in planning and executing events, coordinating with hotels and venues for banquet bookings and setup arrangements, working closely with vendors for AV, fabrication, and branding requirements, supporting the production team with on-site coordination and logistical planning, maintaining event documentation and post-event reports, and traveling to events (international & domestic) to oversee on-site event operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the operations team in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, and summits. - Coordinate with hotels and venues for banquet bookings, F&B, and setup arrangements. - Work closely with vendors for AV, fabrication, and branding requirements. - Support the production team with on-site coordination, setup supervision, and logistical planning. - Maintain event documentation, vendor tracking, and post-event reports. - Travel to events (international & domestic) to oversee the on-site event operations. Qualifications Required: - 0.6 months - 1.5 yrs of experience in event coordination or operations. - Bachelors degree in operations management, business administration or related field. - Basic understanding of hotel banquet operations, including booking coordination, vendor management, and AV (Audio-Visual) setup requirements. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
