Project Role :Operations Engineer

Project Role Description :Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills :VMware Cloud on AWS, VMC Engineering

Summary:As an Operations Engineer for Application/Cloud Support, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your primary focus will be on VMware Cloud on AWS, and your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring service availability.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Experience working with performance tuning, capacity management, design, and configuration of Cloud and VMware based infrastructure.

Deep understanding and working experience in cloud technologies from one or more leading cloud vendors (Azure/AWS)

AWS services (EC2, S3, Route 53, ELB, VPC, Cloud trail, IAM, AWS Config, cloud watch, Lambda) via CLI and API within a multi account production environmentProfessional & Technical Skills:

Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and services to meet the needs of our clients.

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Azure solutions.

Implement best practices for Azure resource provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and optimization.

Automate infrastructure deployment and management tasks using tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.

Configure and maintain Azure services including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Active Directory, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure App Services.

Knowledge in Cloud services subscription and renewal processes.

Experience supporting mission critical, enterprise class applications based on Linux and Windows platform in the cloud. Additional Information:

Develop automation scripts and templates to streamline deployment, provisioning, and management of cloud resources.

Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, capacity, and cost efficiency.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to cloud services, virtualization, networking, and security.

Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate cloud services into CI/CD pipelines and application workflows.

Stay current with emerging cloud technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.QualificationBE
