Operations Documentation Junior

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation and issuance of transport documents. Your key responsibilities will include: - Checking that shipment documentation is complete and compliant with internal standards and client requirements - Assisting in coordinating with carriers, agents, and customs brokers to ensure timely submission of shipping documents - Uploading, archiving, and updating shipping files in company systems for tracking and audit purposes - Providing copies of documents and basic information to customers and internal teams - Supporting the team in handling pre-alerts and distributing documentation to relevant stakeholders - Assisting in monitoring deadlines to avoid delays in customs clearance or cargo release - Handling routine correspondence with partners (email, phone) under the supervision of senior staff - Contributing to continuous process improvement by reporting documentation issues and suggesting solutions In terms of qualifications, you should possess: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents - Strong numerical ability and familiarity with data analysis - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment - Good command of the English language - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel - High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills to contribute to the success of the company.,
