Operations - Data Operations COE - Manager

As a Data Delivery member at KKR, your role will involve partnering with business teams and the head of data delivery to identify critical data reporting/analytics use-cases. You will work closely with technical colleagues to design and deliver sustainable analytics and reporting capabilities, with a focus on enabling self-service across the firm. Your responsibilities will also include curating data-sets for publication in the central data platform, establishing a standardized and accessible enterprise data model, and delivering advanced data and analytics use-cases for business partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop data applications to solve data-centric business use cases, including automation - Curate data-sets across domains for publication in the central data platform, ensuring they meet standards for publication - Work on hands-on delivery of advanced data and analytics use-cases across the firm - Understand and document data and use case requirements for various business needs - Create and maintain reporting functionality as required - Execute and manage ad hoc data-related projects within specified deadlines **Stakeholder Management:** - Collaborate with platform engineering teams to enhance digital reporting capabilities and data platform tools - Communicate and work closely with relevant teams to address data gaps promptly - Act as a point of contact for data-related inquiries from internal and external groups, providing ad-hoc analytics to address key business questions promptly **Reporting & Governance:** - Design and document standard operating procedures for data management - Implement and maintain best-in-class data governance practices, ensuring transparent documentation of data **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - 6+ years of data-intensive experience in financial services - Experience in a multinational Financial Services organization and/or Private Equity preferred - Proficiency in working with complex data sets using Python - Advanced analytical and data visualization capabilities using Python - Strong technical skills with the ability to develop solutions in multiple computing languages (Advanced Python, SQL, Snowflake, FAST APIs, React, Snowpark, ETL) - Attention to detail, initiative, and strong work ethic - Focus on delivery excellence and accountability - Team-work orientation and collaboration skills - Integrity, professionalism, and relationship-building abilities - Track record of accuracy and organization - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills,
