What We’re Looking For:

We're on the lookout for someone who’s:

• Smart enough to manage call center responsibilities
• Good at order processing, order tracking, and follow-ups
• Able to work with online tools like Interakt, WhatsApp Business, Shopify, etc.
• Comfortable talking to customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction
• Open to handling general online & day-to-day business operations

Ideal Candidate:

• Hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced Ayurvedic FMCG environment
• Has basic computer skills, clear communication, and attention to detail
• Takes ownership and is proactive in solving problems
• Available to join immediately
