Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations and coordination across departments.
• Conduct secondary

  research

  for client projects, campaigns, and proposals.
• Support the content and strategy team in documentation, presentation making, and report creation.
• Manage and update

  databases

  , contact lists, and internal trackers in Excel.
• Coordinate with

  vendors

  and maintain timely follow-ups for agency requirements.
• Draft and send professional

  emails

  , coordinate meetings, and maintain project documentation.
• Prepare

  PowerPoint presentations

  , briefs, and project reports as required.
• Handle basic

  social media and content management tasks

  .
• Support in proposal creation, RFP documentation, and operational logistics for events or campaigns.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  and

  Google Workspace

  tools.
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication

  in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good attention to detail, time management, and a proactive approach.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment.
  

Qualifications

• Graduate (any stream); candidates with English, Mass Communication, or Business backgrounds preferred.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
