Operations Business Analyst Intern

Role Overview: As a Clinical Data Coordinator at our company, you will be responsible for maintaining clinical trackers, essential documents, and eTMF records to ensure completeness and compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and internal standards. Your primary duties will involve: Key Responsibilities: - Conducting data entry, invoice reconciliation, claim or vendor AR aging tracking, and provider network data verification. - Assisting in identifying inefficiencies, supporting Lean/SixSigma projects, drafting SOPs, and developing reporting tools. - Coordinating and scheduling project meetings, preparing agendas and presentation materials, and liaising across teams. - Assisting with equipment/system troubleshooting, logistical support, scheduling, compliance audits, and bulk data tasks including scheduling data uploads. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in clinical data coordination or related roles. - Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and data management principles. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Please note that this is a full-time position with the possibility of an internship, and the contract length is 3 months.
