Operations & Automation Specialist (HubSpot, n8n, RevOps)

Ziel Lab is a RevOps agency at the frontlines of automation and AI. We design systems that make businesses grow faster—HubSpot setups, n8n automations, API integrations, and AI-driven workflows.

We’re looking for someone who can be a doer and builder—part operations lead, part automation engineer, part chief-of-staff type who just gets things done.

What you’ll do

Upwork Operations

• Use our pre-made proposals to apply for jobs on Upwork.
• Modify proposals when needed based on business context.
• Understand Ziel Lab’s services deeply enough to represent us well.

Client Work: HubSpot & Automation Delivery

• Configure HubSpot setups and automations for new and existing clients.
• Build automations with n8n (training provided) and other no-code tools.
• Work with APIs, JSON, and business logic to deliver client projects.
• Translate client requirements into clear workflows and working solutions.

Documentation & Project Execution

• Document requirements, break down tasks, and own execution.
• Prepare clear client handovers once projects are delivered.
• Maintain neat, organized records of what was built and how.

Who you are

• Someone with strong HubSpot knowledge (must-have).
• Comfortable working with APIs, JSON, and no-code automation tools.
• A self-starter: proactive, resourceful, and quick to grasp new concepts.
• Solid at documenting processes and communicating progress.
• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves—this is a hands-on role, not a coordinator’s role.
• Interested in AI and excited to work with it in real-world projects.
• English fluency is a plus, but not a requirement.
• No business or developer degree required.
